Thank you for shopping with Water Board Shop! We want you to be completely stoked with your purchase. If you’re not satisfied for any reason, we’re here to help.
Returns
You may return most new, unused items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund or exchange.
To be eligible for a return:
Items must be unused and in original packaging.
Apparel must be unwashed, unworn, and with original tags.
Surfboards and large gear must be in original condition with no signs of use or damage.
Non-returnable items include:
Gift cards
Final sale items
Custom or personalized boards
How to Start a Return

Include your order number and reason for return.
We’ll provide a prepaid return shipping label (if applicable).
Pack your items securely and drop them off with the appropriate carrier.
Please Note: Return shipping fees may apply unless the return is due to an error on our part.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you via email. If approved, your refund will be processed within 5–7 business days to your original payment method.
Exchanges
Need a different size or color? Let us know! Exchanges are free within the 30-day return window.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery. We’ll make it right as quickly as possible.
